Privacy Policy
Siamrealestatefund Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of every visitor and registered participant. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through siamrealestatefund.com, why we collect it, how we use it and which rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand ("PDPA").

2. Personal data we collect
We collect the personal data that you provide voluntarily through the newsletter and consultation forms (full name and email address), data automatically generated by your interaction with the website (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, timestamps) and data you provide during a consultation with our team (region of interest, generation, communication preferences).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your personal data to respond to your request, to send the programme briefing and project files, to operate and secure the website, to comply with our legal obligations in Thailand and, where you have given consent, to send periodic updates about the programme. The legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations under the PDPA.
4. Retention
We retain registration data for as long as necessary to provide the consultation and for up to five (5) years thereafter for legal and audit purposes. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with vetted service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) under written processing agreements, with our project partners strictly for the purpose of preparing your regional briefing, and with public authorities when required by Thai law.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside Thailand. In such cases we ensure an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by the PDPA.
7. Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. 8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
